Coaching Essentials

Coaching Essentials is the first module of the FFC® Certification program but may also be taken as a stand-alone professional development course. This live, interactive training introduces the core essential techniques used in financial coaching and teaches participants how to put these techniques into practice with their clients. Upon completion of this training, participants will have completed: • Self-discovery pre-training assignments • Core Training • Practicum coaching sessions • Mentor Coach sessions • Submission of a recorded coaching session • Pre and post skills assessments
