Coaching Mastery is the third and final module of the FFC® Certification program. This training provides participants the opportunity to hone the core essential techniques through further mentor coach practice, case studies, and analysis of skill development. Participants achieve certification by demonstrating their knowledge and skill through submission of a recorded coaching session for evaluation. Participants must demonstrate competency in each core area of the coaching engagement to receive a passing score and earn the FFC certification. Upon completion of this training, participants will have completed:
• Four Coaches Circles
• Mastery Milestone training
• Submission of experience hours
• Submission of one coaching session for observation
• A skills assessment
